The Sam Ramon Valley Unified School District has implemented SmartFindExpress (SFE), an on-line alternative to the substitute calling system. Substitutes can now review and accept substitute jobs through SFE. Teachers may record their absence and request a substitute through SFE.

As a substitute: To use SFE, you will need to know your Access ID/User ID number and your Personal Identification Number (PIN). Your Access ID/User ID will be a seven digit telephone number. Your PIN is your password.

As a teacher: To use SFE, you will need to know your Access ID/User ID number and your Personal Identification Number (PIN). Your Access ID/User ID is the last four digits of your Social Security number. Your PIN is your password.

Please note: The system will not allow zero to be the first number in either your Access ID or your PIN. Simply ignore the zero at the beginning of your Access ID number (Example: last four digits of your Social Security are 0032, your Access ID would be 32).

For those who prefer, all services available through SFE will continue to be available by phone at 820-3044.
