SUMMER EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES

If you are currently employed by SRVUSD or if you had a summer position during the last year (2015), please click here to find the Internal Interest Form.  

 

If you are new to SRVUSD or were employed longer than one summer ago and would like to apply for summer employment, please click here to fill out the Substitute Application  as well as here for the External Interest Form.

Classified Application Process

To apply for a classified position in the San Ramon Valley Unified School District, please go to EdJoin.org.  

 

The following must be attached to the Ed Join application: 

Cover Letter: Include a cover letter outlining your professional interest, skill and other information that will help assess your qualifications.

Resume: Include an up-to-date resume.

 

Open positions are posted for 5 business days.  Interviews will begin once the posting has closed.  Permanent positions are filled in accordance with bargaining unit agreements.  Regular district employees are given first consideration.  We do not maintain eligibility lists. 

Classified Substitute Application Process - Student Workers, Temporary Summer Employment, Enrichment Para Only

Some Classified substitute positions require completion of a paper application and Position Interest Form which can be found below.  Please submit the completed forms to the Classified Human Resources Department if you are applying for a temporary summer position, are a student worker, or an Enrichment Para.  For all other substitute positions please apply on EdJoin.

The San Ramon Valley Unified School District recognizes the California State Employees’ Association as the sole representative of all non-management Classified employees. All issues related to wages, hours and working conditions must be formally bargained before the district can implement them.
