The building Coaches are responsible for assisting all other building staff during the Scenario Based Training and on a day to day basis after go live. Topics include: Navigation, Search, Help, Registration, Courses and Sections, Walk-in Scheduler, Discipline, Health, and much more. (2 days) |

Looking at a sampling from each group and verifying the data is accurate and complete. A review of inputting conversion issues into the Customer Portal is also covered. Keep Feeder Schools together.
