As a unit of the Purchasing Department under Business Services, the Duplicating Center produces a wide variety of published materials for all our school and department needs, as well as other local public agencies and non-profits, such as PTA, Athletic Boosters, San Ramon Valley Fire Prevention District and the Historical Society.
Materials produced range from class worksheets, flyers, pamphlets, brochures and booklets, to district forms, course catalogs and testing materials for all students. Quality service, timely delivery, and cost effectiveness are key elements of this department.
Our production printer has high volume capabilities, able to use up to five different paper stocks in one job and staple or tape bind. The attached scanner allows for manipulation of originals to job specifications; formatting pages, paper colors, image size, quality and finishing. Files can be saved for future re-prints. Other shop equipment includes a COLOR copier, thermal tape and spiral bindery machines, cutter, drill, stitchers, folding machines and collators.
The Duplicating Center is located at the Service Center. Jobs may be submitted in person, via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org , or scanned from a networked copier directly to our DigiPath system. A completed Duplicating Request form (BU:PUR:10301) must accompany all orders. When providing an electronic file to print, “pdf" format is recommended. Completed jobs are delivered by either Inter-District mail (depending on size) or Warehouse Freight (see Warehouse delivery schedule).
