About

The Communications & Community Relations Department plans, develops, organizes and administers all aspects of the school district’s communications, public information, community outreach and media relations. This includes partnering with government agencies, the business community and non-profit organizations. In addition, the department is responsible for the District’s website, social media and electronic communication tools.

Director of Communications & Community Relations

Elizabeth Graswich joined the District in October 2014 following eight years as a Director of Communications for the Elk Grove Unified School District and five years as a reporter at the Sacramento Bee newspaper. In her current position at San Ramon Valley Unified, she directs communications for the District, acts as the spokesperson and serves as a liaison with the community. Communications Specialist

Meaghan Krakoff joined the District in July 2014. Prior to SRVUSD, Meaghan worked at Channel 7 News in San Francisco. As the Communications Specialist, Meaghan is responsible for the District and school websites, flyers, electronic communication tools, social media, and the District and community newsletters. She has a B.F.A. in Broadcast Journalism from Chapman University in Orange, California. You may contact her at mkrakoff@srvusd.net.
